💰 Refund & Return Policy

We at Safavi Calligraphy create each work with love and care, so that you get the most perfect and quality design.
However, our customer satisfaction is the most important to us. Therefore, below is our clearly stated refund and return policy.

🔸 1. Custom Order

All types of custom calligraphy or design orders are made exclusively according to your needs.
Such custom designs are not returnable or refundable, because each work is personally created and cannot be used by anyone else.
However, if there is a major mistake or error on our part, we can correct it or arrange a partial refund.

🔸 2. Digital Products

No refund will be given after downloading the digital calligraphy file or design.
If there is a problem downloading the file or the file is damaged, we guarantee to resend the file.

🔸 3. Physical Product / Print Order

We check the quality before shipping printed or framed work.
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of opening the package and send proof (photos/video).
If necessary, we can provide a replacement or partial refund.

🔸 4. Order Cancellation

It may be possible to cancel an order before work begins.
Once work begins or the design is created, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

🔸 5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used to pay.
